Glass Repair In Las Vegas

Las Vegas Glass Repair

Here at Highland Lakes Realtors, we use outside service contractors all the time. We use painters, roofers, cleaners, landscapers and basically every other trade there is that are involved with homes. Because we use contractors so much, we tend to go through a lot of different contractors because the fact is they aren’t always very reliable. It can be very hard to find good contractors, so when we do find a contractor that does a great job for us, we like to do what we can to help them out as well. Las Vegas Glass Repair is one of the good guys.

In fact, we recently had a situation that we were bailed out big time by a contractor, so we wanted to place an article here to tell everyone our story and hopefully this contractor gets some business from it because there is no way we can repay them for their services other than referring them to everyone we know and telling the story in this blog post. First of all, let me tell you that getting Glass Repair in Las Vegas has never been easy. The problem is there are many, many auto glass repair companies, but they don’t do homes. The glass repair companies that do homes are usually too busy with new construction and commercial projects to help out the lowly real estate agent. Well I found someone who has changed all of that.

So, we had a closing coming up soon and the inspector had indicated 3 windows that needed to be replaced before the closing since the glass had seal failure and the glass panes had fogged up. However the inspector missed one and labeled the room names wrong, so when we had Las Vegas Glass Repair come to replace the fogged windows, they replaced 3 glass units but one of them was left undone because nobody knew about it except the inspector.

So when the closing came around, we were supposed to close at 4pm that day, the buyer came through and noticed a window glass unit that wasn’t replaced since they called “bedroom 3” the office and so now it was noon and there was a punch list item incomplete and they didn’t want to close, or wanted a huge discount to replace the glass which would’ve required more paperwork etc. etc.

Worst of all, we were heading into a holiday weekend so it would be at least a week before we could get the glass repaired or a new closing scheduled and our commissions hung in the balance etc  etc it was not a good situation at all. So I made a last minute call to Las Vegas Glass Repair and asked if there was anything they could do. I knew I was asking a lot but I had to try.

The guy remembered the house and actually had the glass sizes still in his database. So he immediately had his shop make another insulated glass unit and brought it out within a couple hours. Not only did they save the closing, our commissions and our sanity, they earned a customer for like. So please, if you ever need glass repair or window repairs in Las Vegas, please call them, their number is (702) 608-8408 and their website is you will be glad you did.

Also you can check them out on Facebook or Twitter where they have specials and coupons for homeowners.
